We've changed our schedule to meet your needs!
The 5:30pm class will be a level 2/3 practice, and 6:35pm level 1.
Expect the 5:30pm class to contain hard flows, arm balances and advanced asanas like many of our sweatier classes already do!
Our 6:35pm class will tone it down a little, with simpler flows, more alignment and adjustment cues, and a deeper stretch. This class will be great for beginners, as well as seasoned yogis that are looking for a simpler practice.

Wednesdays : 5:30-6:25pm Level 2/3
